Forums: help find out movie title to old childrens movie !

hi all was wondering if anyone could help me remember an old movie most likely in the 80's where the premise was basically the parents were stuck in different tv shows and had to escape to the next channel by finding a portal in each show.

i think the first show was some game show, then a cartoon, the wild west, and at the end they were stuck in some ice lake in a hut and had to dig to the portal while wolves were chasing them.

hopefully this makes sense lol, so yah if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
