The Thing- where Kurt Russell is about to kill the alien creature with a piece of dynamite. the creature screams at Kurt and he goes, "yeah. f*ck you too." then he throws it and BOOM goes the dynamite... ha

i also love the movie Wanted where Morgan Freeman gets it at the end. that was pretty cool

Wow, nobody has said it yet... Kill Bill Volume 1, where Uma Thurman and Viveca Fox fight. They stop because her daughter comes home from school, and as they pretend to be civil with one another momentarily, Fox tries to shoot Uma with a gun hidden in a cereal box, and Uma dodged and throws a knife right into Fox's chest for an instant kill.

"Very funny, bitch. Very funny!" 'Bang, dodge, knife throw, pwned hardcore'. :P

Drew Barrymores death scene in the original "Scream". The set up for it was freaking amazing.

Off the top of my head - Sonny getting turned into Swiss cheese in The Godfather (fantastic scene!) and Vincent Vega coming out of the bathroom in Pulp Fiction (another good one no one saw coming)

One of them is when Leo gets shot in the head as soon as the elevator door opens in The Departed. First time I saw that movie I never saw it coming! haha
