Theres a new movie coming out I forget what book its based on. Does anyone else think that secret window was obvious and a bad movie? I love Depp but this one was bad.

And I thought I was the only one. John Turturro was good as well (as always), but the movie was way too obvious.

I am very dissapointed to see that not one of you have mentioned Stand By Me!!
Based on a King novella called The Body, in the collection Different Seasons (it also contains Rita Hayworth And The Shawshank Redemption)!! Tut Tut.

    1. Stand By Me (duh)
    2. IT
    3. The Stand
    4. Secret Window
    5. Children Of The Corn
    6. Misery
    7. Cujo
    8. Pet Cemertary

They still haven't made Black House into a movie yet!! This is a shame because it is brilliant and it was the first King book I ever read (I was 11 at the time)!!

  • Pet Sematary for me in terms of scares, or The Shining. Technically well made speaking either Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, or The Shining. Personal favorite: Maximum Overdrive

I watched It again a couple years ago after having not seen it since I was a kid expecting it to be really good. But I thought it was the complete opposite. I really really disliked it.
