The Walking Dead Season 5 comes to it's explosive conclusion this Sunday, March 29, as Rick faces being thrown out of Alexandria. While it's sure to bring exciting thrills and scares in its extended 90-minute running time, that might not be the most exciting part of your upcoming Sunday evening. After this game-changing episode brings everything to a close, the first Fear the Walking Dead trailer will air during Talking Dead, immediately following the episode titled Conquer.

AMC has already announced that it has picked up two seasons of The Walking Dead companion series Fear the Walking Dead. The first look will air shortly after 10:30pm EST, so you better be sure to set your DVRs for Talking Dead if you're one of the few who skip this talk show. Fear the Walking Dead stars Kim Dickens as Miranda and Cliff Curtis as Sean, two co-workers at a Los Angeles school who fight to survive a zombie outbreak.

The spin-off series will be executive produced by The Walking Dead comic book and show creator Robert Kirkman alongside Gale Anne Hurd, Greg Nicotero and David Alpert. In previous comments, AMC president Charles Collier stated that the series will explore "what was going on in other parts of the zombie apocalypse, and what it looked like as the world really did 'turn.'"

With its Los Angeles based story, the show will follow completely new characters. The first season will consist of 6 episodes and premieres later this summer. Season 2 will debut in 2016. Also starring in the show as Miranda's two children are Frank Dillane and Alycia Debnam Carey. How excited are you to see the first footage from Fear the Walking Dead this Sunday?
