‘Epic’ ’Boys’ and ’Girls’ TV Spots

Aziz Ansari gives a brief introduction to this new footage from director Chris Wedge’s animated comedy, in theaters May 24.

20th Century Fox has unveiled two TV spots for their upcoming animated comedy Epic, directed by Ice Age: Continental Drift filmmaker Chris Wedge. The story centers on a young girl named Mary Katherine (Amanda Seyfried), who is transported to a magical world full of talking animals and insects locked in a battle over control over their forest. Take a look at these videos featuring new footage and an introduction from Aziz Ansari's slug character, Mub.

Epic was released May 24th, 2013 and stars Blake Anderson, Aziz Ansari, Allison Bills, Jim Conroy, Todd Cummings, John Di Maggio, Troy Evans, Colin Farrell. The film is directed by Chris Wedge.

    @bawnian-dexeus It's bad too, but at least it sets itself apart a little. "Epic" is a word used in almost every typical trailer movie poster these days.
