Universal has some special plans to commemorate the upcoming 5th Anniversary of 9/11.
In a story from The Hollywood Reporter, they report that there are a few other DVDs coming out that touch on that tragic event. Universal has prepared a very special edition of United 93 which comes out September 5.
United 93 examines "the passenger revolt" that occurred aboard the fourth plane that was hijacked.
The United 93 DVD contains two documentaries. One is 48-minutes titled "Chasing Planes: Witnesses to 9/11" and it looks at "the day through the eyes of the civilian and military ground control personnel."
The other documentary, "United 93: The Families and the Film" (50 minutes) gives interested viewers "interviews with family members of the passengers and their interactions with the actors."
There will also be a single disc edition of this DVD available.
