Get ready to bring home some video(tape) fun on DVD this June. Be Kind Rewind is coming to DVD on June 17. The disc will be priced at $27.95 SRP. The film stars Jack Black, Mos Def, Danny Glover, Melonie Diaz and Mia Farrow.

Be Kind Rewind

A man (Black) whose brain becomes magnetized unintentionally destroys every tape in his friend's video store. In order to satisfy the store's most loyal renter, an aging woman with signs of dementia, the two men set out to remake the lost films.

this came to theatres in jersey-but i missed it, i wanna see it so bad. i love michel gondry his films are incredible-add mos def, danny glover, and jack black to the mix, and thats all the more reason. definately gonna snag this up.

I wonder who told you "ed_wood" that it was really good?? People I know who saw it after I did hated it! I thought it 1 of the worst films I sat through!!Thank god I only wasted $5.00 at the matinee showing!

Gone in 2 weeks sounds like that should be some kind of record for shortest time in theaters.

This is was the "WORST"..."THE WORST" film of 2008!! I wouldn't wast the money again to own this piece of shit!!! A true waste of a cast's time and talent!!

The film premiered on January 20, 2008 at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival...then opened February 22, 2008 to lousy reviews and was gone within two (2) weeks aftert that!!

It was limited release, that might be why nobody saw it in theatres. Heard it was good, though

Thats what I thought to Marcusx, It was scheduled to release in February 08. But none of our theaters had it.
