Max Payne DVD: Review By Buckshot

I'm not a real fan of video games or converting video games to movies, although Silent Hill was an exception.From reading articles on this picture it didn't have alot to do with the game itself. I say " so what"! What I did find was a very entertaining action/ sci-fi/ fantasy movie which did not bore from start to finish.

Mark Wahlburg stars as the title character and does an admirable job. Only does some of his facial expressions unjustify scenes. Of course, this being a fantasy makes the story far fetched, the visuals are done well. Only does the overdone snow flurrying does the movie get carried away in.

The Unrated version compiles a little more blood and language than its PG-13 theater version which makes it more enjoyable and less sugarcoated. Enjoy!!
