Freaks and Geeks: The Complete Series DVD: Easter Eggs

Of their DVD set of the fairly short-lived TV series 'Freaks And Geeks' the studio has also released a Limited Edition version exclusively available through the Internet, featuring two additional bonus discs. On the seventh disc of that 8-disc Limited Edition the studio has also included some additional commentaries.

In order to access them, insert the disc in question in your DVD player and from the Main Menu access the 'Deleted Scenes' option. From there, highlight the menu entry 'Play All' and then press the UP arrow key on your remote control. A highlight will appear on Sam’s arm in the mirror. Press the ENTER key now and you will be taken to another menu where you have the option to hear commentary for the deleted scenes by the characters Sam Wier and Bill Haverchuck (in character).

On Disc Two, go to the 'Select Episodes' screen and select 'Tests and Breasts.' Go into the 'Audio Setup' screen and let the background music play all the way to the end (approximately 30 seconds). As soon as the music finishes and you hear a character speak a line from the episode, a large white M will appear on Bill's hat. Select it to see a 3-minute long take of a deleted scene in which Sam just can't keep from laughing.
