Dark Knight: Review By SCREENWRITER

Am I a huge fan of this movie? No. I wasn't a big fan this when I saw it. I know that everyone likes it, but this just wasn't all that great to me. I liked "Batman Begins" much better, because Batman Begins had a great story to it. It was origins of Batman, and to me, a movie on how Batman becomes Batman, is the greatest Batman movie ever! A joker movie was already done which was why I liked Begins better. It was different. I mean, The Dark Knight has great acting and sound and all that, but I just didn't like it all that much. So, sorry to the fans. I got this movie on STEELBOOK for Christmas, I didn't care that I got but I still gave it another watch to make sure it wasn't as bad as I thought. I thought the same watching it agian. I watched the extras, they were okay. I didn't enjoy them that much. More extras would've made this set A LOT better. I think that fans of this movie will enjoy this set, but I would'nt call myself a fan so I didn't really care. I like how I have this movie in my collection, just in case friends or family wanna borrow it or see it, so I won't just trow this movie away like it's nothing.

ACTING:

Heath Ledger plays a wonderful performence as THE JOKER and he was my pick of this film. I loved his new look and how he did exactly. Christan Bale does another great job in this movie and so Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, and Maggie G, although I perfer Katie Holmes A LOT more!

SOUND:

The explosions and sound of this movie sound fine. The music to it is quite good and it fits the scene perfectly.

EXTRAS:

They could've been better.

OVERALL:

To the fans, I think only YOU would enjoy this set. To people that just found this okay [and there's not a lot who thought that], I say just buy the regular dvd. The movie wasn't one of my favorites, but if its one of yours, I say buy this.
