From the disc's Main Menu, go to the 'Special Features' section, where you will actually find a 60s documentary called Bullitt: Steve McQueen's Commitment to Reality. As we said, this is not necessarily a hidden feature, but an unadvertised supplement to the disc that is easily overlooked if you only expect the announced theatrical trailer in the 'Special Features' section.
