From Russia With Love

Not only is "From Russia With Love" and instant classic, it's also the second best bond film ever made. Behind Goldfinger. The film, being based mostly in Russia, follows our favorite secret agent as he is sent to help Corporal Tatianna Romanova and at same time is being hunted SPECTRE.

The film is absolutely flawless. The cinematography is excellent, and not to mention its filled with a superb supporting cast. Robert Shaw, Pedro Armendariz, and Lotte Lenya. This is a must have in any film collection. A

On Her Majesty's Secret Service

This time we're given a brand new Bond in action. George Lazenby picks up where Connery left off in this very well made addition into the Bond franchise. Following Bond as he tracks down SPECTRE leader Blofeld, he also falls in love with Teresa "Tracy" di Vicenzo. Played wonderfully by Dianna Rigg.

The whole plot, although a bit far fetched at times, is nonetheless intriguing and entertaining. George Lazenby gives a stellar performance in his first, and last, Bond film. Supporting Actors include Telly Savalas, which in my opinion gives the best performance as Ernest Stravo Blofeld. Frightening and menacing, and he does it all without a cat. B+

Live and Let Die

The first from Roger Moore is always thought of corny, cheesy, and wasn't serious enough. While I like Live and Let Die, I still agree with what their saying the movie was a bit corny. But nonetheless it was very entertaining and has tobe put up their with one of Roger Moore's greatest. And plus, who doesn't love the Paul McCartney and the Wings song. B

For Your Eyes Only

When most people think of the best Bond film, From Russia With Love and Goldfinger are usually the first ones that pop into their head. Sure both of those movies are excellent, but one films that deserves to be up there just as much is For Your Eyes Only. A film, in my opnion, that exceeds all of the other Roger Moore films and can be considered just as good as the Connery films.

Once again starring Roger Moore in his fifth outing as British secret agent Jamees Bond. The story mostly involves Bond and Bond girl Melina Havelock, who get tied up with a Greek business man whose after a missile command system. And also Melina is out to avenge the death of her parents.

The film takes on a more grittier and darker side, returning back to the works of Ian Fleming. Greece as the backdrop is just marvelous and the film is always exciting. This is a definite must have. A-

Goldeneye

The first from Pierce Brosnan is also the last GOOD Bond film, until 2006's Casino Royale. The film follows 007 as he "matches wits" with Rogue agent 006, previously thought to be dead. The film not only has a great villain, 006 played by Sean Bean, it also has two of the greatest bond girls. Izabella Scorupco as Natalya Simonova and Famke Janssen ad Xenia Onatopp.

Definetly one of the best bond films in the franchises history. Filled with many twists and turn the film relentless, dark, gritty and just plain great. A-
