SICK stands for Serial Insane Clown Killer? It should be Serial Insane Killer Clown... Because he doesn't kill clowns... But then again they can't spell it SIKC... Maybe they shoulda just scrapped that title and thought of something else.
Aside from the problematic title, the movie looks like there was a budget of a few bucks for some gore effects, which are not the problem. The problem is the horrible camera they filmed with and the script that felt more like a first draft than final draft.
