‘Disconnect’ Trailer Starring Jason Bateman

Several stories collide at once in director Henry Alex Rubin’s thriller about the perils of modern communication, in theaters April 12.

LD Entertainment has unveiled the first trailer and poster for Disconnect, a which explores what it truly means to be "connected" in the 21st Century. Jason Bateman stars in this ensemble that follows four separate stories of that deal with how we communicate in the modern world. Take a look at the new footage and the one-sheet for director Henry Alex Rubin's timely thriller, also starring Alexander Skarsgård, Paula Patton, Hope Davis, Michael Nyqvist, and Frank Grillo.

A hard-working lawyer, attached to his cell phone, can't find the time to communicate with his family. A couple is drawn into a dangerous situation when their secrets are exposed online. A widowed ex-cop struggles to raise a mischievous son who cyber-bullies a classmate. An ambitious journalist sees a career-making story in a teen that performs on an adult-only site. They are strangers, neighbors and colleagues and their stories collide in this riveting dramatic thriller about ordinary people struggling to connect in today's wired world.

Disconnect was released April 12th, 2013 and stars Jason Bateman, Hope Davis, Frank Grillo, Michael Nyqvist, Paula Patton, Andrea Riseborough, Alexander SkarsgÄrd, Max Thieriot. The film is directed by Henry Alex Rubin.
