The mysterious murder of a US senator bearing the distinctive trademark of the legendary Soviet assassin Cassius, forces Paul Shepherdson (Richard Gere), a retired CIA operative, to team with rookie FBI agent, Ben Geary (Topher Grace), to solve the crime.

Having spent his career chasing Cassius, Shepherdson is convinced his nemesis is long dead, but is pushed to take on the case by his former supervisor, Tom Highland (Martin Sheen). Meanwhile, Agent Geary, who wrote his Master's thesis on Shepherdson's pursuit of the Soviet killer, is certain that Cassius has resurfaced. As Shepherdson and Geary work their way through crimes both past and present, they discover that Cassius may not be the person they always thought him to be, forcing both to re-examine everything and everyone around them.

I'm a long time fan of Topher Grace. I love seeing him in more serious dramatic roles. I would love to win something with his autograph to hang on my wall :)

I've been a fan of Richard Gere since back in the day, and I love the other main actors in this film as well. Considering the cast and mysterious twisting plot, this film on blu-ray sounds like a suitable addition to my ever-growing collection. Would cherish those autographs as I am a big fan of films.

It must be mine because I like all of the actors involved, and I love a good thriller. This one looks particularly interesting.

Interested in this, mainly because of Topher Grace. He has some pretty poor luck with his film roles. He plays in one Spider-Man movie and plays a bad character in the only generally disliked entry in the franchise. He makes Take Me Home Tonight and the film makes no waves. Now he makes this film which could have been released wide and be number one with good marketing but ended up opening in 11 theaters and only making a little over 100k... I like him and hope he'll get more meaty roles, eventually one of his films is bound to succeed. He's done a great job in many films and especially in In Good Company.
