COMIC-CON 2012: Second Solomon Kane Trailer
Every year, Comic-Con unleashes its fair share of surprises, with numerous stars popping in who weren't on the official schedule. One of the biggest surprises this year may very well be the release of this new trailer and poster for Solomon Kane, which will be released on VOD formats August 24 before its stateside theatrical debut September 28. James Purefoy stars as the title character, a 16th Century soldier who vows to live a life of peace after his soul was taken by the devil. His peaceful ways don't last for long, though, as he vows to free a Puritan's daughter from slavery. Check out the latest footage from director Michael J. Bassett's period action-adventure, along with the new 1-sheet.
Solomon Kane was released September 28th, 2012 and stars James Purefoy, Mark O'Neal, Robert Orr, Richard Ryan, Frantisek Deak, Christian Dunckley Clark, Ian Whyte, Thomas McEnchroe. The film is directed by Michael J. Bassett.

What it hasn't even come out in the United States. I thought this was a direct to DVD film. After all I've already seen it, and it's a bad film. I don't know why the studio is even bothering to release it in theaters its not going to make any money.
