Guardians of the Galaxy confirmed for August of 2014
The film will be animated, and follows an alien race who journeys to Earth to protect the planet from an upcoming attack by their enemies, another alien race known as the Bardoon. There is no further information about the movie at this time. It was believed to tie-into The Avengers 2, but because the film is animated, it is unclear how those ties will pan out. It is also unclear if Pixar is at all involved in the film.
This is the fourth movie that Marvel Studios currently has in various stages of production. The other three titles include Iron Man 3, Thor 2, and Captain America 2.

Guardians of the Galaxy comes to theaters August 1st, 2014 and stars Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Michael Rooker, Ophelia Lovibond, Lee Pace. The film is directed by James Gunn.

@playhouse Okay, i found it and it says on there that it'll be in live action, which is actually a good thing in my opinion and i am glad it is going to be in live action, because if it were to be animated then that would totally suck if it were to be animated and would be a bad choice on there part, meaning who ever it is that will be making the movie.
