@corey Well even if you don't find them scary, you've gotta give them props for creating a story and not just cashing in on the brand name. I applaud them for that... *cough cough* Saw. Don't try to convince me that that has some grandiose story tying it together. Please :P

I wasn't a big fan of the first two. They really aren't scary, people. But, I do like how instead of the sequels going forward, they go backward. Like what @moviegeek said, I too enjoy how these are connected. I gave the first PA a fair 3/5, then the second a 2/5, but this one actually looks pretty good. I loved the Bloody Mary part!

This movie is for the fans only!!! There is no reason to keep going with this franchise. They first one was over hyped out the ass. So people kept saying go see it go see it. And it became a hit money wise. That doesn't mean u keep mass producing crap. The first one sucked , second one sucked and so will number 3,4,5,6,7 or how ever many they plan to make.

@bawnian-dexeus That was scary. But the biggest jump for me were all of the cupboards flying open. I nearly yelped :P

I have a feeling this isn't going to be the last Paranormal Activity movie lol. I don't really watch it for the screams (mostly cause I don't get scared in movies like I used to) I mostly like it for the story. I really think it's interesting for the 3rd film to go back to the childhood to show where it all began...only thing that surprises me is the whole "Bloody Marry" thing. Maybe it has to do with the ghost of Bloody Marry or something, I don't know but I'll definitely will be seeing this one.

I know there are a lot of haters, but PA2 was one of the scariest movies in a long time. I like how all of these movies are connected together too. It works as a series and not just as a brand name. Kudos for that.

When the first film opened in theaters I was a hater of it because everyone kept saying 'It's the scariest thing I ever saw, and this is so real' like they thought it actually happened, which it didn't. So, one night in December, I rented it and watched it with the lights off...It wasn't as scary as people hyped it to be, but I thought it was highly original and real creepy. So, I loved it, and was turned into a fan of this franchise. I liked Paranormal Activity 2 more, but they're equally scary and I can't wait for this movie to come out!

So basically also this sh*t, happened because they said, Bloody Mary three times in the mirror, man they should have just said 'Candyman' five times in the mirror would had been a lot more entertaining

Nice! Going back to the girls' childhood is exactly where I hoped they would go with the third film. I'll be there opening weekend. This is pretty much the only modern horror series I enjoy.

Damn. I expected sh*t, and it was at first, but wow. that ending gave me chills. I watched it 45 minutes ago, and I still have goosebumps. I really hope its good. I really do. As much as i hate the first film, this makes me want to see the second film. might check it out after captain america tonight. about 2:00 or 2:30 Am, perfect time for a haunted house flick.

I loved the first movie and I thought the second was okay but not as good as the first. Every time a Paranormal Activity movie comes out, I watch it with my two best friends so I am not breaking the tradition with this one.
