@bawnian-dexeus I suppose it's all subjective, although you're the only person that I know of who liked that scene. For me it was boring, Jurassic Park wasn't just about dinos but also about being trapped in that jungle environment. As soon as it was in the city the excitement died for me, it just felt like a gimmick

@mr-jellyfish Dumb move? I thought it was great. Seeing how a dino would act (theoretically) in a human environment and as the humans go from spot one to the bottom of the food chain.

The Lost World wasn't that bad, Pete Postlethwaite was great in it. The ending did ruin it for me though, when the rex goes stomping through the City, that was a dumb move. Also the girl doing acrobatics to kill the velociraptors. But apart from that the film was all right! And to be honest I don't really remember the third one, but I do remember it being lame. However, dinosaurs are dinosaurs and I bet after King Kong, Steven Spielberg is itching to prove that his dinosaurs are the best! I wish him all the best, and I hope 4 is great!

1 was phenomenal! 2 was boring. 3 was entertaining. 4 can be a hit or a miss at this point, but I think it's leaning towards a hit.

A jp water movie would b kool. it wouldnt really work, but it might. if they get it right.
my idea would be that the island is sinking, and/or half of the island of jurassic park is either sinking or under water. which could lead to water-dinos, the rest of the stuff still above ground is all muggy, trashed up and abanded. . but my point is.. making a boat-movie kinda like a swamp boat tour, but only with scientist going in to investigate the area/island, wondering whats causing it. i know it sounds like im talking about jp3, a group of idiots landing on jp. but no i got this whole idea from the actual jp boat ride at universal studios in ca, , the way it takes u in and everythings under water but ur still able to see wats left of the park. anyways, that would b pretty kool , and could give more props for that ride.

Remember when the third one was supposed to be the extinction of the dinos?

@slysnide I loved the first Jurassic Park, liked the second, and didn't like the third. I doubt a fourth will be worse, but I doubt it'll be a huge improvement. As for Tintin, did you watch the international trailer? It's better.

@caifa: I don't know where to begin with how retarted your statement is. :P
@moviegeek: I saw that "Tintin" trailer. Looks okay. I just hope in regards to JP4 that they go witha good story involving the technological side rather than another action flick like JP3. Though since they're flying high with 3 successful films, and intend to make 3 more, then I'm highly skeptical.

@jcberry526 the first one was released in 1993, so it would be 21 years in 2014, not 20.
Personally I think one was enough. The second one only came about thanks to the huge success of both the novel and the movie of the original one. Spielberg probably wanted to capitalize and make a sequel. I wasn't thrilled by either book or film of the second one.

With all the directing and producing he has on his plate already, three years is enough. I have all the patience in the world. Who knows, maybe by then I will have graduated and be in graduate film school and may find some work there. Opportunities :D
