Only problem is, without Wash the series would lack part of its charm. The reverend is gone too but he was never that cool to begin with and they never got to explore the mystery surrounding him.

I watched this series for the first time last year after hearing all the fuss about it, and I'm proud to say I'm a fan now. It was great, and so was the film. Unfortunately, the film which could've become a trilogy, barely grossed back it's budget, so bye-bye sequels :(

A shame, with today's VFX a new season could be amazing, not to mention a new movie.

Oh well, it'll live in our hearts from now on...

Any sci-fi fan or anyone who likes fun stuff should check this out.

Actually I wouldn't mind if Whedon became Executive Producer and someone else set it further into the future. Same spaceship but another crew. A little like Trek but keep it fresh like Firefly.

Hey I keep hoping for Firefly to return..... And all Nathan is saying is basically "Don't send money. It's a scam.".

@dan1 Hey, I gave the series a second chance with an opened mind and it was pretty cool. Same with the film.
