Green Lantern was released June 17th, 2011 and stars Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Peter Sarsgaard, Mark Strong, Temuera Morrison, Jenna Craig, Jon Tenney, Mike Doyle. The film is directed by Martin Campbell.

Someone filmed the thing and put it on youtube. Reynolds, when he was done saying the oath, the kids face was completely in shock, and Reynolds rep tells the kid to hold on, while Ryan signs one of the teaser comic-con posters for the film, and has his rep give it to the kid. Thats classy. I am totally glad he got the role now.
