SDCC 2010 EXCLUSIVE: Resident Evil: Afterlife Cast Interviews!

While most films based on popular video games fail at the box office, one franchise has proven itself to be quite popular amongst its fans. That property is Resident Evil, and this year, original director Paul W.S. Anderson is returning with an all-new installment entitled Resident Evil: Afterlife 3D. Paul arrived at Comic-Con 2010 with the film's stars, Wentworth Miller and Ali Larter to talk about why this series continues to thrive. Resident Evil: Afterlife was released September 10th, 2010 and stars Milla Jovovich, Ali Larter, Kim Coates, Shawn Roberts, Sergio Peris-Mencheta, Spencer Locke, Boris Kodjoe, Wentworth Miller. The film is directed by Paul W.S. Anderson.

    I can't believe it's taken all the way until the fourth movie to bring Wesker to the forefront. This movie series has so little to do with the games it's unbelievable.

    Isn't this suposed to b the last film tho? I heard they will be rebooting the whole resident evil films, so lets hope they get it right next time.... As much as i love action movies, I dont think "action" fits in something like resident evil, I mean to me resident evil is more of a horror/survival type of thing, not kicking ass. but maybe thats just me. others will prob disagree w me.

    Why another one? These movies are terrible. And they played the trailer before Inception started at my theater. I was like: Are you kidding me? Your putting this sh*t before Inception begins?

    Ali Larter does great with interviews. And she looks great with her pregnancy. Our movieweb guy even asked her what her and Milla's characters relationship would be like this go around. She didn't mention the lesbian kiss they do. That kinda disappointed me.

    i think RE4 (the game) would make a great movie. they need to get off of the alice storyline. they're dragging it a bit thin. but nevertheless, i'll go see the new RE movie.

    the blond got a boob job, from the last films.. i saw her in obsessed. either that or shes wearing one of those 'as seen on tv hoochie momma bras" lolz Anyhow I cant wait for RE., its sad they dont even make a game to the movie, that would have been sweet. part from the other games tho.
