im looking forward to this but i am getting pissed that these companies are watering down the story and the action so they can get little teenie boppers and little kids in the seats when the hardcore fans of the DC universe along with Marvel have to suffer the loss, just pisses me off, never the less still looking forward to this

Nicolas Cage needs to abandon these pointless, action flicks and return to more dramatic, emotionally and psychologically driven roles. See Leaving Las Vegas, Adaptation, Matchstick Men, The Bad Lieutenant, and Kick-Ass for prime examples.

Not interested in this now that Neveldine and Taylor are directing it.

The Narrator: The Better Man
Guys it won't be R. Marvel has already stated that they will no longer go that route (save maybe for a Blade movie... nah, that either). However, they did say they are going to try and push the envelope as to what can be allowed in a PG-13 movie, so that it is as dark as possible while still maintaining financial integrity. I look forward to it, although I wish Cage would step behind the camera (writer/producer) and someone else would take the reigns. Too bad. :/

even if they dont sho any boobies in this film for an R-rated. atleast let sum1 say a bad word. like "YOU FLAMIN' F*CK." lol well it was worth a shot? but i agree that this should b an R, lil kids wont watch this even if it was rated G, ANDDDDD the 1st was already pg13 i think. so now make an R for us the adults..

I'm fairly certain it won't get anything over a PG-13 rating. I might be wrong, but i do believe that there was a story posted on here last year that said Marvel wasn't going to make any R-rated superhero films. Again, i can't remember if it was Marvel or DC.

Yeah, I think with these two directing, they could get an R rating. Just depends on the target audience really, I think if the first one had been R, it would have been much better.

I liked the 1st one. Sure it could have been better if it had an R rating but it was still entertaining. I really hope that this one will get an R rating.
