Ali returning is a second hope for me. I'm more worried about Sienna Guillory. lmfao. I love Jill Valentine, she was my favorite character in the games. XD!!!!!

    Thanks guys.

Yeah I'm not sure about the story of the games since I have never played them, and therefore I'm also not disappointed with the movies because of that, but all I can figure is that "Afterlife" should resolve the plot line arcs revolving around Alice & clones in Tokyo (Umbrella HQ), and Claire & camp in Alaska.

I am not sure of the other characters, and I have not yet seen "Degeneration," but I am aware of Leon Kennedy and Chris, Claire's brother. However, I believe there was a little tidbit in RE1 or RE2: "Apocalypse" where there was an explanation about Leon being killed and he was one of the characters' partners before. As far as continuity goes, if they want to include him in "Afterlife," they better explain that tidbit.

I also hope that Ali Larter returns, Vamp. She was a good Claire Redfield, and I know that's an important character in RE.

That was an excellent interview. I'm with CBF here. He'd better go about the survivors heading to Alaska, and Alice and her clones heading to Tokyo to wipe out Umbrella for good. Anderson DID say he'd be taking creatures and characters from "Resident Evil 5," which makes me hope that we're getting Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar... I also hope Leon makes an appearance, though he isn't really one of my favorite characters. He mentions also bringing characters from earlier movies back... I'm going to ignore the first, since practically everyone in that one died, lmfao, but this gets my hopes up that Sienna Guillory is going to return to play Jill Valentine. I also hope to see Ali Larter return as Claire Redfield. Paul W.S. Anderson is one of my favorite directors, and I really can't wait for this movie to come out!

Also, I have a theory that this movie might have some aspects of the "Resident Evil Code: Veronica" videogame in it. Mainly I think this because Claire is headed to Alaska, where the game takes place (Also, Claire is the main character of the game), and if they DO introduce Chris Redfield, Claire's brother, then it's possible that he will, in fact, show up there, in Alaska, since in the games that's where Claire FINALLY gets news of her brother, whom she's been looking for practically nonstop (It's the same objective that led her into Raccoon City in the games). Just a theory, but I hope that's a way that they decide to go.

Talk about being bombarded with questions lmfao. He seems like a cool guy, and he said something about taking creatures and a few things from the RE5 game, BUT NOT THE STORY! Which is good, because the "Afterlife" story needs to be a continuation of events seen in "Extinction" and what happened at the end of that film. They set it up for Alice heading to Tokyo, and Redfield and the survivors heading to Alaska. So Alice must separate from the group and take down the corporation with her clones. I hope they keep that ideology, cuz I read somewhere about a retooling, and that will make SO many fans unhappy. This needs to be PART 4 of the series. Period.

I like 3-D films but not everyone. In two to three years most films will be 3-D, quite a number of people get headaches from watching them.
TV will have to change as well but I fail to see why it's a good thing to do. What about the people that get these headaches from watching them? They would have to stop watching tv and films.
We need to slow down and think about what we're doing to our brains, we're lazy now.
I stopped watching certain shows because of ads, I either rent to buy the ones that love to watch. One I don't see the point in watching an awesome show only to end up watching ads most of the time. It's every five minutes ads come on and I'm sick of them.
