The best thing about The Evil Dead remake coming from director Federico Alvarez is that original director Sam Raimi is involved as a producer and creative consultant. The second best thing is that it stars Suburgatory's Jane Levy. The third best thing just might be the fact that they're definitely paying homage to the original with their marketing campaign. Comic-Con 2012 has provided a first official look at The Evil Dead logo, and it certainly recalls cult memories of a past decade in film. Check it out.
