Horrible Bosses stars Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis are reuniting with their director Seth Gordon for the new comedy One Night on the Hudson.

The story centers on a rookie police officer who catches a criminal, both of whom have to go on the run to escape a unit of corrupt cops. It isn't immediately clear which roles Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis will play at this time.

Seth Gordon is directing from a screenplay by T.J. Fixman, a video game writer whose credits include Resistance 2, Overstrike, and the Ratchet and Clank series. This will be his first narrative feature. Mary Parent and Cale Boyter are producing. No production schedule was given.

We reported last week that Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis have signed on, along with Jason Bateman, for the sequel Horrible Bosses 2, which Seth Gordon is also directing. It isn't known which of these projects will start shooting first.

Charlie Day is great. But I really can't stand Jason Sudeikis. He's not funny to me

They may not be the most popular comedy duo on the planet, but boy are they one of my favorites. Both hilarious, talented, likable guys. I'll watching anything with them... except maybe Horrible Bosses 2.
