Yahoo! Movies held a special live fan event this morning for Man of Steel as it makes its way home on Blu-ray and DVD. During the broadcast, which was moderated by Super fan Kevin Smith and included appearances by director Zack Snyder and stars Henry Cavill and Amy Adams, new artwork for Batman Vs. Superman was revealed. Check it out, from artists Alex Pardee, Jonathan Wayshak and David Correia.

Aside from the artwork, no real Batman Vs. Superman news was revealed during the live Q&A which held firm to discussions about Man of Steel for its hour and 15 minute runtime. Zack Snyder did hint that Lex Luthor is, as everyone suspects, going to be in the movie by saying this.

"Lex loves calling Superman an Alien."

Not much, but we'll take it. He also hinted that Hans Zimmer, who has thus far been hesitant to return for another Batman score, my be providing the soundtrack.

"I think it would be awesome if Hans did the movie because he has that challenge."

And that is all the Batman Vs. Superman info the director was willing to give us. Almost, but not quite D23 Part 2, don't you think?

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice comes to theaters March 25th, 2016 and stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Gal Gadot, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons. The film is directed by Zack Snyder.

Fantastic artwork. I actually hope Zimmer does not return as I thought his Man of Steel score was not right for Superman at all. I'm a huge Zimmer fan and I love what he has done for Batman, but I'm all for another composer with the passion filling in for him and mabie giving us a stirring theme.

@Brizzy exactly it's just cool artwork out for display for a charity... Won't look like that in the film

Either Batman's about to make out with Superman in that last pic or he's gonna tear his jugular out.

WHEW, had me worried there for a sec thinking this was concept art for the film, glad it just comic art for sale

I will say one thing though, Supe's does need the S on the back of his cape in the next film, felt it was missing and i heard his suit was supposed to get a bit of an upgrade in the sequel, hope its a bit true.

@thedude1 And it is pretty obvious that this is comic book art, not really artwork for the movie itself.

Snyder actually said during the Q&A that these artworks have nothing to do with the next movie coming up.
