‘Batman: Assault on Arkham’ Trailer

Kevin Conroy lends his voice to Batman, who must stop a number of villains in this comic book adaptation, arriving on Blu-ray and DVD this fall.

While DC Comics fans wait for the May 6 release of Son of Batman, we have the first trailer for the next DC Universe Animated Original Movie, Batman: Assault on Arkham, which features the Suicide Squad. This new adventure is set in the same universe as the successful Arkham Asylum video games, featuring Batman (voiced by Kevin Conroy) trying to stop a dirty bomb from detonating in Gotham, while the Suicide Squad takes on a mission in Arkham. The voice cast also includes Tara Strong as Harley Quinn, Nolan North as The Penguin, Grey DeLisle as Catwoman, Tony Todd as Killer Croc, Neal McDonough as Deadshot, CCH Pounder as Amanda Waller and JB Blanc as Bane, along with Hynden Walch and Matthew Gray Gubler. Warner Bros. has not released an official synopsis yet, but you can check out the first footage from Batman: Assault on Arkham, which is slated to debut sometime this fall.

Batman: Assault on Arkham was released August 12th, 2014 and stars Kevin Conroy, Neal McDonough, Hynden Walch, Matthew Gray, Troy Baker, Eric Bauza, Chris Cox, John Di Maggio. The film is directed by Jay Oliva, Ethan Spaulding.

    @Brizzy why did they change the voice actor for batman the last one did great in son of batman and if Deadshot is this then is the suicide squad in the same universe as arrow

    @dfella504...Hate to say it, but that isn't Mark Hamil as the Joker. He has long since retired from playing that role. It's Troy Baker, who did the voice for the Joker in Arkham Origins. But he does do a fantastic job. I'm so excited for this one.
