Back in February, it was finally confirmed that Andy Serkis' mystery role in Avengers: Age of Ultron is in fact the Marvel comic book character Ulysses Klaw, after he briefly appeared in the first two trailers. It was never known how large a role the actor has in this Phase Two sequel, but he revealed at the Empire Awards that he only has a cameo appearance. Here's what he had to say, adding that Joss Whedon is a lot of fun to work with.

"It was really minimal. It's a tiny role, a little cameo role. But I just loved doing it and it's a great character. Joss is just great fun to work with."

Ulysses Klaw's appearance in the second trailer was just one of several hints that Avengers: Age of Ultron could be setting up their upcoming Black Panther movie, which is slated for release on July 6, 2018. In the comic books, Ulysses Klaw is a longtime enemy of Black Panther, leading some fans to believe that Andy Serkis' Klaw may be returning for that adventure as well. Unfortunately, the actor revealed that he doesn't know anything about the Black Panther movie quite yet.

"That, I know nothing about. I truly don't know anything about that. I know they announced the Black Panther movie, but I don't know anything about it."

Since Ulysses Klaw will have such a small role in Avengers: Age of Ultron, it would make sense that this cameo will set the character up for a larger role in Black Panther. Of course, since Black Panther is still more than three years away from hitting the big screen, it isn't even known if a script is completed quite yet, or how Marvel will approach this long-awaited movie.
