While Avengers: Age of Ultron will bring back some of Marvel's biggest heroes on screen, together first the first time since Marvel's The Avengers, including Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Captain America and Hawkeye, there is one character that fans have gotten more and more excited about with each new appearance. While not necessarily a superhero, S.H.I.E.L.D. agent-turned-Stark employee Maria Hill has become a valuable utility player in the MCU, and star Cobie Smulders's has been able to continually bring something new to her performance. That path continues in Avengers 2.

Cobie Smulders recently chatted with EW about her latest turn as Maria Hill. She offers insight into the evolution of this popular character. She also praises the fact that more and more woman are bing introduced into these movies.

"There's so many pieces to this giant puzzle, and I'm happy that Maria Hill is one of them. She's working for Tony Stark, yes, but they shot so many locations all over the world and this team is out doing all sorts of things. So I like to think that Maria is at headquarters, trying to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. And working for Tony Stark is a whole other ballgame. She doesn't have S.H.I.E.L.D. personnel to back her up at her disposal, so it's an entirely different vibe for her."

While Marvel won't be releasing a solo female adventure until July 2018 with Captain Marvel, Cobie Smulders does feel that Avengers: Age of Ultron will help fill the void of having no female superheroes on the big screen.

"I see Maria as having a more of a female presence in this world, and it's really exciting to have Scarlet Witch [Elizabeth Olsen] come in, and to see the Black Widow [Scarlett Johansson] have these amazing moments, and see more women on film with all these dudes. It's great."

Cobie Smulders isn't the only one teasing Avengers: Age of Ultron. A new image from LEGO has appeared online. And while it comes from overseas, you can still guess that these new play sets are from some of the sequel's biggest action scenes. As you can see, some of these sets correspond with what we've seen in the trailer, and there are a few new surprises as well. The sets include: Iron Man vs. Ultron (Iron Man MK 43, Ultron Officer, and 2 Ultron Soldier), Duel with Hydra (Hydra Henchman, Hawkeye, Thor), Hulkbuster Rescue Mission (Hulk, Ultron Prime, Scarlet Witch, and Iron Man MK 43), The Avengers Quinjet Chase (Captain America, Vision, Black Widow, Ultimate Ultron, and Iron Man MK 43), Attack on Avengers Tower ( Iron Man MK 43, Thor, 2 Iron Legion Drones, Ultron), and Burglary in the Hydra Fortress (Quicksilver, Hydra Henchman, Baron Von Strucker, Hulk, and Captain America).
