A young Alex cross. Wouldn't that take place in the 60's or 70's.

meh... nothing is the same once you have seen Morgan Freeman... sorry just one of a kind... but this at least does not look like garbage!

Screw Tyler Perry! I hate *ssholes who get rich off making what amounts to the same as what I left in the toilet after that bad breakfast burrito this morning. Especially when they start getting roles like this who as @felipe-11 already stated, clearly belong to someone of Idris Elba's caliber. So to recap: Alex Cross movie with no Morgan Freeman. Strike one. They didn't cast Elba. Strike two. They DID cast Madea. That alone could have been strikes 1,2, and 3. He can't act, can't direct, isn't funny, isn't talented. Granted I'm not any of these things either, but I don't go through life trying to convince everyone, including myself, that I am. Anyway...sorry for the rant...breakfast burrito really took it out of me this morning. Pun intended.

It looks better than I was expecting. I mean Tyler Perry is not the greatest director (putting it lightly) so I was expecting complete and utter trash but thank God he is not behind the cameras.

@felipe-11...Idris Elba would've been excellent casting to take over for Morgan Freeman...instead they get Madea LoL

@kguy@cupid Idris Elba would've owned this. I still can't believe any serious director would cast Tyler Perry for this...

Looks to be a good thriller. But I still think Tyler would be my last choice for Cross
