Inline with all of Marvel's other huge announcements today, the studio has release the first TV spot for their upcoming TV series, Agent Carter. It's 1946, and peace has dealt Peggy Carter a serious blow as she finds herself marginalized when the men return home from fighting abroad. Working for the covert SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve), Peggy must balance doing administrative work and going on secret missions for Howard Stark all while trying to navigate life as a single woman in America, in the wake of losing the love of her life - Steve Rogers.

In a story from Deadline, actress Meagen Fay (Murder in the First) has been tapped for a recurring role opposite Hayley Atwell and Shea Whigham on the show. Fay will play the woman who runs the boarding house where Agent Carter (Hayley Atwell) lives in NYC. She's set for a minimum 4-episode arc.

Marvel's Agent Carter will air Tuesdays on ABC in January 2015. Watch the first TV spot below.
