@felipe-11 Like movies based on true stories, 50% of them are true to their source the rest is a mix of biography and fiction just to make the movies more interesting, like Pain & Gain, movie was good, but then I read the true story which is more interesting than the movie, because is something to take serious, the movie just takes it like a fun ride of violence and dark comedy, well that's Bay's signature.

@Trangalanga10 The problem is they STILL don't cost anything to make so there's virtually no financial risk in making them whatsoever. Literally ANY movie can make back 5-10 million at least, and these movies cost about 2 million to make. They can't flop, so they can only make money. And unfortunately this particular piece of crap has made 40 million.

I'm really really worried about the future of cinema. Hollywood only cares about money, not art, so this will keep happening as long as the money keeps coming in.

3 million dollar budget, 15 million to market, quadruple domestic gross without accounting for international sales...Yes, a sequel is imminent

@felipe-11 There so many people with idea and concepts for great films and studios like this waste it in people who can't even act. In the 80's and 90's goof movies were at least decent enough and didn't cost almost anything, they goofed movies that were bad or had akward scenes or dialogue, like the first 3 Scary movies, 4 was already pushing it, they should have stopped in 3, but this new goof movies, don't have any jokes, everything is about racism, homophobic people and treating people like everyone is an idiot. This is a waste of time and money.

@Trangalanga10 I know, it's so sad. So many people out there with great ideas for new things and the Hollywood money-milkers only want to play safe. Safe and mediocre.

I actually sat thru the first one at my friends house yesterday (could NOT convince him to avoid like plague) and there were 2 jokes that I laughed at and both were in the preview.

Studios giving millions to make sutpid movies, Good thing there's no talent in this movies. If you are bored and you have already seen every movie at the theater, don't waste your money in this crap, and just go home, hang out with friends, etc.
