Whats with the movies these days. I've not been impressed in a while although I'm still waiting to see "Inglorious Bastards". I just seen "District 9". Meh, cant say as I'm a fan and its a shame cause I love the old Peter Jackson horror flicks. On to zombies... The lastest 2 I had the pleasure to view were "Zombie Virus" and "Die You Zombie Bastards". Zombie Virus was different, those infected gradually turned into a NYC sewer rat zombie creature thing. Its not the worst thing I've ever seen and if your into the zombie thing I'd almost recommend it. The latter was messed up. Pretty much the most ridiculious flick I've ever seen. I was thinking at first it was a Troma release film but I dont think so. Perverted, twisted and sick, and those are its better points. Do not view unless your die hard.
All for now...

hey Elrocho... its been a while since i've been around so i've seen a hell of a lot of horrors in my absince. As you may or may not remember, I'm a zombie freak at heart but a horror fanatic. I just recently revisited the entire "Halloween" series due to the new "Halloween 2" coming to theaters. All's I gots to say is sweet. What did yo think of Rob Zombies "Halloween" remake. I was sure he'd mess it up but was quite impressed. His retelling kinda contradics the originals in terms of Mike's upbringing. Most notable was "Halloween 8, Resurrection". This film shows that little baby Mikey was chained up to his high chair and tourtured as a child causing him to become the man he is. Then we got"Halloween 6, The curse of Micheal Myers". Another contradiction. This one trys to make us believe that baby Mike was cursed from birth by a group of demonic satan worshippers and has been controlled ever since by this group. Thats why I liked the Rob Zombie version. No bullsh*t. Just a really terrible upbringing for an already demented mind. What do yo think?

Thanks for checking in . . . we're close (had some forward momentum with the DVD distribution this week). Hang in there, it won't be long now!

We're still working out the release details for Red Velvet. We're trying to get it out before the end of the year, but honestly, distribution is tough. Go to RedVelvetMovie. com and add your email address to the mailing list. That way, you'll be notified when the film is ready for release. Thanks! Sean Fernald
