Good review again. Other fellow critics bashed this film, but I think they didn't "get" it. It was supposed to have the grindhouse effect. It's funny that you mentioned the tanks, because we talked just about that in our latest podcast show :)

I actually enjoyed BLADES OF GLORY
The writing was a lot funnier than SEMI-PRO. That's for sure. I was laughing throughout the entire movie.

Last year there were movies that dawg on how stupid homo-phobia is. (Chuck and Larry for example)
BLADES OF GLORY presented it in a silly yet hilarious manner.

I checked out www.cinemaguys.com, that's a pretty cool website. Very informative.

hi, non-taken. My recommendation was towards an entertaining underdog basketball movie and you're right (both movies are different).

the age is caugthing up with him, yet he deliver or excute his film very well....for him age doesen't matter , and this goes for Jackie chan also, he veyr old yet he still make unbelievable stunts... :D
